孫法省,東北師范大學(xué)教授、博導(dǎo)。博士畢業(yè)于南開(kāi)大學(xué)概率論與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè),曾先后訪(fǎng)問(wèn)加拿大西蒙弗雷澤大學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)與精算學(xué)系、美國(guó)加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)系。主要研究方向包括計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)、大數(shù)據(jù)抽樣、高維數(shù)據(jù)分析等。曾獲得教育部自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)和全國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)。研究成果發(fā)表在國(guó)際頂級(jí)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)期刊《Annals of Statistics》、《Biometrika》和《Journal of the American Statistical Association》上,部分研究成果被Chapman & Hall/CRC出版社和Springer出版社出版的英文專(zhuān)著大段引用。
報(bào)告摘要:
A new experimental approach, known as the order-of-addition factorial experiment, has recently garnered significant attention in medical science and bioengineering. These experiments aim to optimize both the order of addition and the dosage levels of drug components simultaneously. The concept of dual-orthogonal arrays (DOAs) was recently introduced in the experimental design literature for such purposes. However, constructing flexible DOAs poses a considerable challenge. In this paper, we propose a novel theory-guided search method that efficiently identifies DOAs of any size, if they exist. Additionally, we present an algebraic construction method that can instantly generate certain DOAs. Simulation studies are conducted to demonstrate the superiority of our proposed designs.
